The First Cave-in-Heaven Archway is a landmark building in Wangwu Mountain Scenic Area, with a width of 42 meters and a height of 16.8 meters. It is a pure granite mortise-and-tenon stone archway. The plaque "The First Cave in Heaven" hanging on it was written by Xu Youren, a great scholar in Yuan Dynasty. Shao's original myth group in Wangwu Mountain District is the only national intangible cultural heritage project in Jiyuan. The main myths and legends are carved on these six pillars, namely, Nuwa Repairs the Heavens‌ created man, Fu Xi performed divination to push the calendar, Shen Nong tasted grass to sow the valley, Yellow Emperor set up an altar to worship heaven, Gun Yu dredged up the water, and Hou Yi's legend of Chang 'e. There are also stone carvings on it, such as Yu Gong Removed the Mountains map, Chinese unification map, group of immortals birthday map, Wangwu scenic map, Shangshan Four Hermits map, Medicine King medical map, Lu Tong tea cooking map, Jing Hao Kuang Lu map and so on. The creativity of stone carving originates from the balcony palace, which is connected with paintings; "Fortune, Prosperity, Longevity, Happiness and Wealth" are five doors, and the combination of calligraphy and painting is unique; The archway is carved with auspicious patterns of dragons and phoenixes and carved pictures of the Eight Immortals.
