The Balcony Palace is called "the Grand Balcony Longevity Palace", which was built in the 12th year of Kaiyuan in Tang Dynasty (AD 724). Li Longji, Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty, ordered Sima Chengzhen, the 12th master of Taoist Shangqing School, to choose his own shape and build it on the mountain. After three years of completion, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty ordered his younger sister Princess Yuzhen to come here to worship Sima Chengzhen as a teacher and write a plaque for the main hall "Liaoyang Hall", which was praised as "the crown of ancient buildings in the mountains" by authoritative ancient architecture experts. In 2006, Balcony Palace was rated as a national key cultural relic protection unit. The balcony Gongshang Street is a gathering area for local special catering, cultural and creative shopping and folk culture experience.
