Among the numerous cliff walls in Wangwu Mountain, there are caves of various sizes. On the opposite Lingshan, there are three caves of similar scale side by side. Among them, the most western is Wangmu Cave. Wangmu Cave was formed in limestone about 500 million years ago, and its bottom is impermeable shale, which is a limestone fissure cave formed by groundwater dissolution along vertical cracks in limestone. The whole cave is a slender gourd shape. In the rainy season, the water in the cave flows out from the mouth of the cave and passes through a rock ridge more than 2 meters high, forming the Wangmudong Waterfall.
